Welcome. I am the owner and sole photographer of Samantha Bowen Photography, located in the beautiful small town of St. Joseph, MI. As a Southwest Michigan natural light photographer, I feel so fortunate to live and work in such a beautiful place. Sandy shorelines, nature trails, grape vines, apple orchards, lakes, rivers, and sand dunes- all right in our backyard. A photographer's dream! Ergo, the vast majority of my sessions are outdoors.

My photography style is natural, casual, candid, and playful. My favorite pictures are always the "in-between" photos, the ones where the family is interacting and being their true selves. I truly believe my job as the photographer is to document “you being you” in your most comfortable and most importantly,  happy  moments.
